From Bodyweight to Intermediate HIIT: Build Strength and Confidence

This Boot camp designed to help beginners build strength, confidence, and endurance while transitioning from bodyweight exercises to incorporating equipment and eventually moving into intermediate HIIT, & Strength workouts.

Workout Details:

Timer: 30:15: The 30:15 timing ratio ensures a perfect balance for new exercisers to feel muscle success while getting break to hiit that next round.

Rounds: 10 With 10 or 12 rounds, the workout is designed to keep you engaged and challenged throughout. The repetition allows you to progressively push your limits and measure your improvement over time. Each round brings you closer to achieving your fitness goals and experiencing the transformative power of Beginner Boot Camp.

Targeted Muscle Days:

Upper Body Focus: Dedicated to building strength in your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps.

Lower Body Focus: Concentrated on enhancing power and endurance in your legs and glutes.

Progress Gradually: Increase intensity, duration, or complexity of exercises gradually to prevent overexertion and ensure continued progress.
