If the damages were done while they were in transit with UPS we will reach out to UPS on your behalf to file a claim.
Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your packages if there are any issues with your order or if you received the wrong product in error. Be sure to keep all packaging incase a return label needs to be provided or Fed Ex requires further packaging inspection.
Any improper use of the equipment will not be covered by the 30-day warranty.
